HYPNOSIS SESSIONS – Can hypnosis help you?
Self-empowerment is the goal!
Over the past few decades, thousands of medical and psychological research articles have proven the effectiveness of hypnosis in dealing with a wide variety of issues. Hypnosis is well respected by medical doctors, psychiatrists, dentists, psychotherapists and psychologists.
Deep relaxation is healthy for the mind, and we all know how important it is to look after our mental health. Hypnosis allows us access to the subconscious mind where our memories, beliefs, habits, and emotions are stored. The subconscious is not necessarily helpful as it can hold onto traumatic memories, limiting beliefs, or unwanted habits.
During hypnosis a person is guided into a very focused and relaxed state of mind. The person goes into a very serene, relaxed, day-dreamy trance, where their ability to visualise and imagine is heightened, which then allows the hypnotherapist to bypass the conscious mind and communicate with the subconscious mind, which now becomes accessible, open and receptive. Therapy can then occur, and suggestions can be given to create change at a deep level.
A good hypnotherapist is a life coach who helps keep you on track, overcome obstacles and improve on your strengths using positive imagery and positive suggestions.
